I know y’all full off turkey, well blinkers, make some room for some tea.
2 Chainz hosted his annual turkey giveaway through Tru Foundation– at his Esco restaurant in Atlanta on Wednesday.
Good vibes were had passing out meals to the needy alongside his family and restaurant staff…until they disappeared.
2 Chainz went on Instagram live later on that day to blast “friends” that didn’t pull up and support.
“I stayed up all night and still went to give back to people in the community. People ask me for favors all the time. Ask me for money all the time, and y’all can’t even pop up to help me help other people,” said 2 Chainz.
The “Transparency” rapper continued his rant by saying ” “So now I’m working for you? I’m out here grindin’, getting my money to help you because you can’t get your hustle together. I’m helping the unfortunate, and you one of the unfortunate, but you ain’t even gonna come back? I’m just sittin’ here thinkin’, y’all gon’ have to leave me the f**k alone for a minute for real.”
2 Chainz didn’t mention any names but he obviously felt some way about seemingly being taken advantage of.
That’s never a good feeling. But I hope he realizes the real reward is helping the families that he did feed. Ultimately that’s worth more than any A list celeb getting good PR.
