It’s Cold As Shh..But This Will Warm You Up! Detroit Lions Player Donated Over 200 Winter Coats to Kids

It’s beginning to feel real brick out…and it’s not even officially winter yet, y’all.

Well, while we endure the elements by zipping up our Northface bubble coats to our chins, let’s first thank God we have one, and two ask him to bless Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams for handing them out.

Jameson teamed up with Comerica Bank on Friday to hand out over 250 winter coats to Driven by Growth (DBG) Detroit students.

It’s break out the winter coats and toss the football season

DBG is a community org that fosters youth development through STEM, college and workforce readiness programs.

DBG is similar to the Boys and Girls Club.

According to The Metro Detroit News, Jameson helped hand out the pre-ordered and pre-sized coats for the students and bonded with the kids as a part of The Jameson Williams Foundation.

The Williams Foundation’s aim is to empower kids through sports and education.

Comerica Bank donated $10,000 to Detroit Lions “Double The Impact” My Cause My Cleats initiative that sponsors DBG-Detroit youth empowerment programs.

Those winter coats go a long way…for the kiddos.
