Miss Jackson is set to auction off over 1,000 of her iconic stage costumes, red carpet gowns, and personal clothing and accessories on her birthday weekend– Friday May 14th through Sunday May 16th.
The Pleasure Principle singer will donate a portion of the proceeds to Compassion International, a global charity that teams up with churches to prevent children from “spiritual, economic and physical poverty.”
Pix11 reports, Janet Jackson will display 20 pieces of her memorabilia at Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square starting today.
