The four-time Olympic gold medalist has joined forces with American Federation for Children org; whose mission is offer parents more options for their kids education, whether it be public, charter or private schooling. And helping create policies and funding to make it possible countrywide.

The iconic baller recently became the face of the cause by hoisting up a “Let Me Learn!” sign at a Phoenix rally today.

The rally caps off days worth of events–it’s National School Choice Week–to raise awareness for the national advocacy group.

The “We Need to Talk” co-host on CBS Sports and mom of two couldn’t be a better spokeswoman for this issue. Numbers may not lie, but neither does a history of goodworks.

Earlier this month, the motivational speaker spoke to a group of kids participating in a tennis challenge in LA. On Instagram, Lisa recalls the four keys to success she shared with the kiddies.
