Sorry for the late post, Blinkers. I just got up from my turkey coma. Amirite in saying the next time I see a turkey it will be too soon. Whew!
Anyway, before we completely put away the fine China and Home Goods tablecloth (yeah, I’m fancy) let’s give some flowers to three generous men that opened their hearts and wallets for those that needed a Thanksgiving blessing.
Let’s start with DaBaby. As soon as the “Rockstar” rapper touched down in the Queen City he promised to feed 100 families for his “Billion Dollar Baby Ent. Thanksgiving Giveaway” event.
Did he ever?!? Not only did DaBaby pass out 100 gift cards valued $100 (that’s $10K right there, btw) in front of a local Walmart on Nov 22nd, but also greeted hundreds, if not thousands, of fans that walked away empty handed.
Don’t worry, he got y’all at Christmas.
Just like Charlamagne Tha God always got his hometown–Moncks Corner, SC– fed for Thanksgiving during his Eighth Annual Turkey giveaway.
Charlamagne Tha God handed out hundreds of turkeys at the old Berkeley high school gym on November 20th.
The native son always comes through.
So does Shaquille O’Neal. No matter where the four-time NBA champion is he finds someone too bless.
This time the lucky recipient is a single mom of eight kids in ATL.
Shaquille O’Neal teamed up with media company ATL Uncensored to surprise the single mom at a furniture store.
She was even more shocked when Shaq told her he would be picking up the tab for any furniture she picked up.
TBH, Shaq and ATL Uncensored split the bill 50/50.
Either way, this lucky lady walked away with some much needed furniture for her and the babies.
