GOAT gymnast Simone Biles had pediatric patients all over the country flipping out.
You would be on cloud nine too, if you did a Zoom interview with the most decorated gymnast in the world.

Simone Biles fielded questions and lifted spirits of patients at Children’s National Hospital in Washington D.C. on Nov 23rd.
Simone Biles kicked off the special Q&A with a lesson on how to do her famous splits with DJ Laila blasting beats in the background.

The Olympic medalist gave tips on mental health and how she cheers herself up after a bad day–“find something that you love outside of what you are good at.”

For her it’s long walks, playing with her dogs and spending time with family and friends.
She also encouraged patients to practice self-love and always focus on achieving their dreams.

The virtual meet and greet–with patients in Charlotte, Dallas, Boston, Philadelphia, Nashville, Colorado and Cincinnati–was sponsored by Ryan Seacrest Foundation.
The Foundation creates studios in pediatric hospitals across the country to motivate kids to break into the industry.
